Repixo Privacy Policy

When you install the App, we can access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Orders API: Order timestamps, used solely to calculate and display the "last purchased" date for products on your storefront. No personal customer details (names, addresses, or payment data) are accessed or stored.
• Store API: Your store domain (myshopify.com address), store name, contact email address, currency, and active Shopify plan.

We also collect the following information independently of Shopify:

• Account & subscription information: Your store URL, email address, app plan (Free or Paid), and billing/subscription status.
• Visitor & technical information: IP address, browser type and version, time zone, and cookie identifiers when you access or use the App.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (log files, web beacons) to operate and improve the App. For general information on cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App — including displaying the "last purchased" widget on your product and collection pages.
• To manage your subscription, process billing, and communicate account-related information.
• To respond to your support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• To analyse usage and improve the App's functionality, performance, and user experience.
• To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

We may share your personal information with service providers who help us deliver our service, strictly to the extent needed:

• Shopify: As required to integrate and operate the App through the Shopify platform and its APIs.
• MongoDB (database provider): To securely store your store configuration and subscription data.

We may also disclose your information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SNT CODECRAFT PVT LTD, our users, or others.

The App does not use your personal information for behavioural advertising or retargeting. We do not share your data with advertising networks or use third-party tracking pixels for marketing purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

• Right to object — object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests.
• Right to restrict processing — ask us to pause processing in certain circumstances.

We process your information to fulfil contracts we have with you (such as providing the App service) or to pursue our legitimate business interests (such as improving the App and preventing fraud). Where your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure your data receives adequate protection.

We retain your store and subscription data for as long as the App is installed on your store. Aggregated order timestamps are retained to power the widget during the same period. When you uninstall the App, we stop collecting new data. You may request deletion of all your stored data at any time by contacting us at contact@sannket.com.

Shopify Privacy Webhooks

As required by Shopify, the App implements the following mandatory privacy webhooks to handle data requests and deletions:

• customers/data_request — responds when a merchant requests a report of customer data stored by the App.
• customers/redact — processes customer data deletion when requested by a merchant.
• shop/redact — triggered 48 hours after a merchant uninstalls the App; all associated store data is permanently deleted from our servers.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

We take reasonable precautions and implement industry-standard technical measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access to personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following additional rights:

• Right to know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the third parties we share it with.
• Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to opt out of sale — we do not sell your personal information to any third party.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

The App is not directed at individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
